The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. It is our objective and philosophy that all our patients receive the best possible care and service. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment unless you are covered by dental insurance. We ask that you have all information needed in order to file your claim, such as SS# group# etc. We will ask for the copay and deductible on the day of treatment depending on your insurance type.
We are Delta Dental, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and Municipal Health providers among others so we will ask for copay according to your plan. We accept Master Card, Visa & Discover, Care Credit, cash, personal checks or money orders. Of course if there is a balance not covered by your insurance you will be responsible for that.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to bill our standard office visit fee for non-compliance.
